Cancellation/Refund Policy

I want you to be satisfied with my Program but I also want to make sure you take the steps I teach to get the results you want. I offer a full refund policy at any time prior to the release of the third week course materials only to those able to provide proof. I ask for you to outline and show me how you have implemented the goal setting lessons that I taught in Module 1 and the Nutrition and Meal Plan I taught and provided in Module 2.

Once you’ve provided proof of implementation and action (see specifics below) without any results, you may request a full refund of payment minus a $50 cancellation fee. Simply send me an email stating your reason you are not satisfied, outline your implementation and action steps to maria.amren@ioinsights-healthandfitness.com

Requirement #1: Completed the Goal Setting Assignments, Assessments (fitness & health) inside the Course Portal.

Requirement #2: Completed all the Forms and Assignments in the Portal.

I will not provide any refunds to any requests that come after the release of the course materials for week 3. This remains, even under the circumstance that you have not yet seen or accessed the materials.

Termination

I reserve the right in my sole discretion to refuse or terminate your access to the Website and its Content, in full or in part, at any time without notice. I also reserve the right to remove undesirable comments or shares on my blog and social media channels.
