During these sessions all exercises are designed for your specific goals, passion, and fitness level. Once you've committed, our first session will be focused on discussing your health history, assessing fitness level and working together to set your SMARTER goals.

Partner Training
Bring your friend, husband, or teenager and feed off of each others energy to get kick-started with your personal fitness. Once you and your partner have committed, our first session will be focused on discussing health history, assessing fitness level and working together to set your SMARTER goals. For the partner sessions, there will need to be an agreement on the SMARTER goals in order to ensure success.

Small Group Training
Gather your friends, neighbors, relatives, partners, and commit to a 10-week small group fitness frenzy. This approach to training provides you with a more generic program to allow for multiple clients to get the most out of these sessions. Once you have a group of 3-4 people, we will set up a brief one-on-one meeting to discuss health history to ensure safe exercises during your small group training program.
