This module will get you from feeling overwhelmed and confused to confident and empowered in your abilities to achieve your ideal body weight, get lean, and finally have the energy to spend time with family and friends without feeling exhausted. You will know exactly what steps to take to progress and be successful!

WEEK TWO

NUTRITION 101

In this model you will learn important components of nutrition and what changes you can make to lose weight effectively, get more lean, and gain energy to thrive throughout the day. You will get a 4-week meal plan designed to reduce weight while learning to cook healthier meals.

WEEK THREE

EXERCISE

In this module you will learn what changes you can make to your daily, weekly, monthly exercise and movement to lose weight, gain muscle, get lean, and simply feel excited, confident, and proud in your clothes. We will discuss when to exercise, what type of exercise to do for your goal as well as a variety of exercise modalities and their benefits.

WEEK FOUR

STRESS MANAGEMENT

In this module, we will work on your stress management techniques and you will test what works best for you. We will learn about mindset, sleep, and their relationship to stress levels.

  • How do I access the course?
    You will be getting a log-in to my platform where I host all the lessons and workouts for you. This platform is also used for our weekly challenges (optional), meal plans, recipes, and more.
  • Who is this program for?
    This program is for those who are serious about changing how they eat and exercise today. Those of you who are looking for healthier food options and looking to learn how to make healthier food options no matter where they are (e.g., home, office, restaurant, travel). Looking to learn about how to change certain behaviors that are keeping them in the merry-go-round of yo-yo dieting. I also find that those that are most successful have a desire to move more, learn more about exercise, and getting off to a good solid start with an exercise routine. An exercise routine that they can continue to build on as they exit this program. All-in-all, its for those who are ready to commit to their future health and want to take action today.
  • Will Maria be available and accessible to answer questions if I get stuck?
    YES! Maria will be active in the FB group as well as do 2 LIVE sessions per week to answer any questions and provide motivation and inspiration to keep going!
  • When I join, will I get immediate access to all the modules and lessons?"
    No. Maria has thoughtfully planned out the 6 weeks to make sure no-one rush to the finish line. Changing behaviors takes time and this is just the start! In order to fully support you in your journey to get out of the slippery slope of unhealthy habits, we will need to be patient and consistent with one change at a time! This process is sure to provide you with successful changes to your daily life.
  • Do I need to follow a specific diet plan during this course?
    No. Maria does not believe in restrictive diets, but rather sustainable small changes. However, Maria will share healthy recipes that are clients' favorites, but you are free to select your own healthy meals with guidance from modules 2 & 3 focusing on nutrition and healthy eating.
  • I’ve tried diets in the past and doing great when I start, but won’t stick to it. What will be different this time?"
    You will create your own goals. Goals that you know you will be able to execute successfully. You will have accountability partners, access to a private community building FB group with mompreneurs in similar situations with similar challenges and self doubt. This FB group ONLY includes members of this course. You’ll have the support from Maria and ask her any questions during her LIVE FB group appearance.
  • I know my desire is there, but I don’t have the time or energy to focus on meal prepping and exercising. How much time do will I need to dedicate to this course?"
    You’ll need 1-2 hours MAX per week to watch the videos and do your assignments. As a mompreneur I know how pressed we are for time. Trust me, you’ll want to take your time to listen and engage with this group of mompreneurs - it’ll make you fulfilled and motivated!
  • Are we doing a meal plan?
    Yes. Maria will provide a dietitian-approved meal plan that you can follow for 5 weeks. However, it is up to you to determine what type of meal planning you are willing to commit to.
  • What will the challenges be?
    To stay motivated Maria will create weekly challenges. These challenges will be anywhere from daily 5 minute actions (exercise or meal prep) to weekly challenges (goal setting, sleep, nutrition, exercise). These are to keep you engaged and motivated during the 6 weeks and beyond. Yes, you will be invited to join Maria’s private FB group “Fitness Habits for Mompreneurs” where we will continue to educate, engage, and motivate you (optional)!
  • Will you provide exercise videos for me to do during this program?
    Yes. Maria will provide a progressive body-weight exercise program that course takers can use as they see fit.
  • Do I need to invest in any exercise equipment for this course?
    No. All exercised provided by Maria will be bodyweight exercises with the option of adding weights.
  • I’m feeling doubtful that I’ll be able to commit to this course due to my business demands. The desire is there, I just don’t know how to get it done. Are you sure I can do this?"
