For a customized wellness program, IOinsights collaborates with the client to determine the best approach for creating an action-oriented wellness program. We work through a three-step process to create awareness, assess and acknowledge challenges, and take appropriate actions for an impactful wellness program.
The Process

NEEDS ASSESSMENT​

To better understand employees’ health challenges, we will perform a Needs Assessment through focus groups and/or employee surveys.

STRATEGIC ENGAGEMENT​

Based on the results of the Needs Assessment, we will determine the best approach for improved worksite wellness (e.g., wellness competitions, workshops, individual coaching).
STEP 3
RESULTS ORIENTATION​
