12-Weeks
This program is for you if you want accountability, a personalized approach to your specific struggles to achieve your health and fitness goals. We'll be having weekly accountability calls as well as working through a few sessions of how to move you forward towards a healthier more fit lifestyle.

WEEKS 1-4

Change Matters! After our first session, we will work together on a detailed plan to attain your SMARTER goals.

WEEKS 5-8
MASTER YOUR MAINTENANCE
You've finally reached a better understanding of your current stage of menopause and know how to manage your symptoms; however, you are still in need to have an accountability coach to check in with on a weekly basis to maintain this new lifestyle and make it a habit.

WEEKS 9-12
SUSTAIN AND STAY STRONG
You've mastered to maintain your new lifestyle and are ready to set new goals for a better you - whether it’s nutrition, exercise, or a combination of both.
