What I do isn’t another program that fades when life gets busy. I help high-performing women make small, high-impact shifts in habits and mindset - so daily routines strengthen health, elevate performance, deepen relationships, and expand impact. It’s not about doing more, but doing what matters most in ways that fit your life.

I help driven, high-performing women finally feel in control of their health, their energy, and their impact. Whether you’re showing up for your team, your family, or both, you deserve tools that fit your life — not fight against it.

I’ve always been passionate about movement, health, and performance. Long before stress management was a buzzword, I turned to it because I needed it. I’ve competed in a Half Ironman, worked long hours in the corporate world, and today I’m raising four teenage daughters (yes, four!). I’ve lived through early menopause and continue to live with rheumatoid arthritis — so believe me when I say: I know what it takes to keep showing up, even on the hardest days.

What makes my approach different is the Four A’s Method — Assess, Awareness, Action, and Amplify. Most programs stop at surface-level habit changes. The Four A’s create lasting results by helping you see what’s really driving your health, make intentional shifts, take action that works with your lifestyle, and then amplify your results so they stick. It’s the system that transforms short-term fixes into sustainable change.

Why IOinsights?

The name IOinsights brings together everything I stand for. “IO” stands for my background in Industrial-Organizational Psychology - the science of how people thrive at work. “Insights” reflects my approach: blending research, behavior change strategies, and what many of my clients call my “intuitive knack” for asking the right questions at the right time.

That’s what I love most—helping people see new possibilities and take meaningful action.

What I Do


I coach executives and high-performing women through personal and professional transformation. Some come to me burned out and ready to reset. Others are navigating menopause, big life changes, or growing leadership responsibilities. And some are organizations ready to bring wellness to their teams in a way that’s strategic and human.

My sweet spot? Helping you shift your habits, reframe your stress, and create new systems—at home, at work, or both.

A Few Things That Make Me, Me:

I’m originally from Sweden and grew up valuing nature, simplicity, and a balanced life (though it took me a while to truly practice it!).

I’ve always loved horses - they’ve taught me about connection, leadership, and listening.

I geek out over stress science, organizational culture, and strength training.

And while I’m trained in psychology, I live in the real world - where deadlines, laundry, and leading teams all collide.
